Returns and Exchanges:

  • We take pride in the quality of our custom canvases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process:

  1. Please contact our customer service team at info@city-art.co.uk to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged.
  3. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return shipping label if necessary.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

    Customer Responsibilities:

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item is damaged or defective. in which case the customer will be emailed or posted out a return package and a refund will be issued in the above mentioned timeframe upon receipt.
